The service was absolutely good. The room we had was brand-new with a kitchen and the staff was very attentive. We greatly enjoyed great food. Location: the hotel was not far from quietness of the place, the centre of town and casino.

The room had a spacious wall unit and comfortable beds with clean linens. , having tea facilities in the room was a nice touch. The location was central and easily accessible.
The room was very hot upon arrival and there was no warning about load shedding affecting the air conditioning and food orders. The pictures online did not match the room we were given, and the TV did not work.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was in the center of town. It was easy to walk to the shops and restaurants nearby. the hotel was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. the room and bathroom were clean and well-equipped, with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. the breakfast was good, with tasty and well-presented dishes. the staff provided excellent service, with a welcoming and friendly attitude.
There was no WIFI available , which was disappointing.

The room we were booked in was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and clean linens. We loved having a bar fridge and microwave for our perishable items. The wall unit was also very spacious. The location was central and easy to find. The staff, especially Mercy and Lorraine, were very friendly and helpful to us.

The hotel had great facilities including a bar fridge, microwave, spacious wall unit, and comfortable beds with clean linens. It was centrally located in town, making it easy to find shops and amenities nearby. The breakfast was excellent and the staff, including receptionists and housekeeping, were friendly and helpful.
For us, this hotel was ideal.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They really went above and beyond to ensure that my team and I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The food was absolutely delicious, and we were even given packed lunches to take with us to work. The breakfast was also top-notch, with generous portions and a great presentation.
Although this hotel is adults-only, I would highly recommend it to families as well.
